Entries into the promotion open at 12.00am AEST on 1 July 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 25 August 2026.
Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any packet of Arnott’s Tim Tam biscuits from any participating retail outlet during the Promotional Period.

To enter, individuals must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- visit http://goldentimtam.com.au/ and follow the prompts to the entry page;
- input the requested details (including full name, email address, mobile phone number, state, gender (optional) and age (optional) for the Qualifying Transaction);
- Select location of their Qualifying Transaction;
- upload a copy of their purchase receipt clearly showing where the Qualifying Transaction was made, the Eligible Product purchased and the date of purchase; and then
- submit the fully completed entry form.
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
- Only one entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased in a Qualifying Transaction in excess of one
- Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and
- Only three entries are permitted per person per calendar day of the Promotional Period.

Major & Independent Retailer Prize: The Gift Cards are valid for 12 months, as advertised on the Gift Card and in the email containing the Gift Card, and will expire on the date indicated on the face of the Gift Card as shown in the True Rewards App. Redemption of a Gift Card is subject to terms and conditions of the True Rewards App which are available at: https://truerewards.com.au/visa-gift-card-terms/
Woolworths Instant Win Prize: The Woolworths eGift Card does not expire.
Coles Instant Win Prize: The Coles eGift Card has a 3-year expiry.
No, prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
No, prizes are not reloadable. The VISA iGoDirect digital gift card is valid for the period specified on your card and cannot be used after expiry. At expiry, the remaining available balance will be forfeited. We will not give you any notice before this happens. The Woolworths e-Gift card does not expire. The Coles e-Gift has a 3-year expiry from the date of purchase.
After successfully completing the online entry form, entrants will receive an online message and email acknowledging their entry and informing them if they are a provisional winner of an instant prize. Once instant winners are verified (within 5 business days), winners will receive their prize via email. Major Prize winners will be notified via email within 2 business days of the relevant Weekly Draw. All winners are subject to verification in accordance with the promotion Terms and Conditions.
If we’re unable to successfully validate your entry, we’ll notify you via email. You will receive this email within 5 business days of your entry submission if you’re a Provisional Instant Winner, and within 2 business days if you’re a Provisional Winner of the Weekly Major Prize. Please reply to the email with an image of your receipt ensuring all required information is clear, legible and meets the eligibility criteria. If we do not hear from you by 28/09/2026, your prize will be forfeited and redrawn on 29/09/2026.
